I ordered flowers for a friend’s birthday, but they were delivered to the wrong house. Penny and staff made another arrangement and sent it out later a few days later. My friend loved the arrangement! Staff went the extra mile and sent my friend a complementary Thanksgiving arrangement for the mix-up problem. Great service and willingness to make things right!

Awesome service and beautiful bouquet. There were some complicated delivery instructions for the person receiving the floral delivery and Penny did a perfect job ensuring that the delivery went off without a hitch! Kudos to Brandon House of Flowers...I will def use them again when the opportunity arises!

I am always wary about ordering flowers from a distance (from Alaska) but the bouquet I ordered was GORGEOUS and even more lovely the the image online. They were fresh and really cheered up the person I sent them to. I will definitely order from this business again.

I received the most beautiful spring arrangement from Brandon's Best Flowers. The colors in the arrangement were just brillant and they smelled wonderful. I told my husband that it was probably one of the most beautiful arrangements I had ever received. Everyone who passed by my office commented on how beautiful they were.
